The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change, co-ordination of the program’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies. As a program manager, my roles are planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. Secondly, am responsible in ensuring. Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program. Also, am responsible in ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements. Lastly, my role is ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the program’s individual projects. Once I perform these roles effectively, it will be easy to achieve the organizations’ objective. Also, these roles motivates me, thus maximizing the chances of achieving the objectives of the organization.

It play an important role in ensuring world health because it provide laws and regulations concerning global health. For instance, during the Covid 19 pandemic, WHO implemented dozens of guidelines that could minimize the spread of the pandemic. Also, it ensured the Covid 19 vaccines are safe for human use. GHDx is involved to world health by providing health statistics of the world’s population. Health statistics play an important role because they portray the number of people affected by various illnesses. For instance, using the health statistics, it will be easy to control disease outbreaks in various region. Also, these statistics are used in distributing health funds in countries. World Health Summit discusses matters concerning the health of the world’s population as well as fostering global health. Most of issues discussed in the summit include how the world will be free from illness.

In doing so, this organization treats those afflicted by poverty, disease, armed conflict, natural disasters or chronic, structural disparities. The main reason why I consider it as the best world health organization is because it focuses on those who cannot afford medical services. In most cases, the high death rate is led by lack of medical access. People living in poverty are limited to medical access, and therefore this organization has been playing an important role in ensuring that every person is accessing high quality medical services. This organization offer medical services to more than two million people every year.

The main reason as to why I selected this health organization is because it’s a global health organization that focuses on matters concerning health to almost every country. Also, it ensures all the vaccines as well as medicines that people use are safe. Lastly, WHO played an important role in ensuring the rate in which Covid 19 pandemic was spreading flattened due to measures it implemented.

Moreover, the organization is the core contributor to the Community Health Toolkit. CHT is a software that helps health workers deliver medical items safely, track outbreaks of disease faster, treat illnesses door to door, keep stock of essential medicines and communicate emergencies. Medic Mobile now impacts 14 countries in Africa and Asia, having trained and equipped 24,463 health workers. The main reason why I have selected this organization is because currently technology is evolving at a high rate, and therefore it doesn’t require a person to move or travel several miles seeking medical services. In this case, medic mobile organization have ensured that every people can access these services regardless the location as well as time.
