For this assignment, you will create a brochure covering a variety of health, safety and nutrition topics for learning centers (ECE teachers) or families.  You must first choose an age group as a focus (infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age) and whether the brochure will be written for centers or families.  Then you can choose the topics you wish to share information about to that target audience about that age group.  Microsoft Word has an option where you can create 3 columns on a page; you can use this and create a 2-page document to get your six panels that are mentioned below in the rubric.  You may choose to use a different program also.  The brochure should be visually appealing with photographs and color used throughout and the brochure should be free of spelling or grammatical errors.
