As I said in the class notes, going forward, you’ll submit your paragraph and your revised paragraph in the same document for double the points. You’ve learned about what makes a strong sentence and what makes a strong paragraph — now I expect you to put what you’ve learned to the test by learning to self-edit your work.

Each paragraph should be approximately 200 words. You will include both drafts of the paragraph so that I can see where you have improved and what you still need to work on. Read any feedback I leave you and be careful to use it on your next assignment. The goal is for you to learn how to improve your own work until it’s good enough to get you an A on papers you write for any future classes you take.

Include two paragraphs, each about 200 words long. The second paragraph should be much improved from the first one.
